I guess we say it every year, but it sure seems that our world is getting darker everyday! There are so many things I could refer to, but one thing that comes to mind is the seeming rise in anxiety and depression. Though we are supposedly more connected than ever through social media we are actually more isolated.

This is simply a new arrangement of this well known carol. This song does remind me of the miracle and wonder of the Christmas story and the gospel. Only God could have come up with saving the world through a helpless baby, have Him live a perfect life, die for our sins and be raised to life again!

It all started that first Christmas day when the angels appeared singing, "Glory to God in the highest heaven," but the song goes on in heaven and we are called and invited to join in, here on earth!
